Competence of Filipino Secondary Science Teachers in Developing Self-Learning Modules. Objectives: This study investigates the competence secondary science teachers developing self-learning modules (SLMs) terms intellectual property compliance, learning competencies, instructional design and organization, quality, assessment, readability. Methods: Data were gathered from 68 using simple random sampling clustered techniques. To analyze data, frequency count percentage, mean standard deviation, one–way Analysis Variance (ANOVA) utilized. Findings: Results revealed that highly competent SLMs across all six variables. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant difference compliance based on their highest educational attainment aspects design, assessment sex. Conclusions: Teachers’ is essential improving quality performance process. Keywords: education, modules, teacher’s competence. Abstrak: Kompetensi Guru IPA SMA di Filipina dalam Mengembangkan Modul Belajar Mandiri. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menyelidiki kompetensi guru mengembangkan modul belajar mandiri hal kepatuhan kekayaan intelektual, pembelajaran, desain dan pengorganisasian kualitas penilaian, keterbacaan. Metode: dikumpulkan dari menggunakan teknik sampling. Untuk menganalisis digunakan frekuensi persentase, standar deviasi, Analisis Varians satu arah (ANOVA). Temuan: Hasil mengungkapkan bahwa sains sangat kompeten SLM semua enam variabel. Selanjutnya, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik pengembangan intelektual berdasarkan pencapaian pendidikan tertinggi mereka aspek organisasi, penilaian jenis kelamin mereka.
